In my experience helping hundreds of scam / blackmail victims, blackmailers are bluffing.
If necessary change your phone number or create a new email address.
Do not pay him anything.
Do all therapists specialize in one specific type of therapy, or are they trained in multiple types?
Block and stop all communication with him.
